REGISTRATION FEES include registration to the conference, visa, air tickets (Cairo – Jeddah - Madinah - Cairo), hotel accommodation for 7 days (6 nights) and bus transportation (Makkah - Jeddah).
REGISTRATION FEES must be received not latter than February 15th, 2012. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Visas will not be processed until full payment of the registration fees and completed forms are received. There will be no refund of registration fees if visa has already been issued to cover administrative expenses
