2. Copy of confirmed return trip flight reservation.
3. Copy of confirmed Hotel Reservation.
4. Visas will not be processed until full payment of the registration fees and completed forms are received.
5. No visa will be requested for children of the participants.
6. All Documents and Payment must be received before, February 15th, 2012.
